FAQ'S :

Q: How do I get the pictures to you?
A: You can email me them, send me the images on a cd, post them to me (and the originals will be posted back with your purchase), or if you'd prefer, bring them to my house when is convenient and I'll scan them for you and give you them back.

Q: I want a montage can you use pictures off my camera and original photographs?
A: Yes it doesn't make a difference, and your originals will be scanned and given back to you, depending on quality you won't see a difference. It also doesn't matter if some are colour and some are black and white.

Q: A couple of pictures I want to use have red-eye, can you still use them?
A: Yes and I'll sort the red eye out for you.

Q: Can you do a montage black and white or sepia?
A: Yes no problem.

Q: How long will the process take?
A: Up to a week once I have all the photos, if you needed it before I'm sure we could sort something out.

Q: Will I see it before it's printed?
A: Yes I'll discuss the picture with you when I get your photos then I will email you a version of it to see if you're happy with it.

Q: How many photos do you need for a montage?
A: It's up to you, the ones I have done so far seem to be around 20 pictures, but if you wanted less then I'd do you an example and see what you think, I'd speak to you before to make sure I knew which was your favourite picture etc, the pictures give me the ideas really, no montage is the same.

Q: I've got an idea for a card but it's not mentioned on your site or as an example - can you help?
A: Definitely, let me know your idea and I'll try to help, there is a small selection on here to give you an idea of what I can do so please contact me with any new ideas.

Q: How can I pay you?
A: I accept Paypal, cheque, cash or postal order.

Q: Will I be charged for postage?
A: If you're not collecting in person then yes and all postage of photographs and finished work will be sent recorded delivery.
